Dr. Xuan Zhang is an Associate Professor at Hohai University in China. She got her PhD degree in Coastal Engineering and Fluid Mechanics at UCL in 2018, and her main interest is in wave-current interaction and turbulence theory. Xuan is a PI of many projects funded by organisations such as National Science and Foundation of China etc. She has published papers in many journals such as Coastal Engineering, Ocean Engineering etc. Being as a visiting researcher in Unime, Xuan is currently performing experiments and collaborate with Prof. Faraci in many projects.
